  • 1 14.5 oz can canned salmon
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 avocado diced small
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tspn. dried mixed herbs
  • 1 tspn. smoked paprika


  • Combine the salmon, minced onion, smoked paprika, mixed herbs, 1/2 of the almond flour, 2 eggs, salt and pepper together in a mixing bowl. Mix in the avocado and form into patties.
  • whisk the eggs until smooth. Coat each pattie with egg mixture.
  • Coat each pattie in almond flour. be careful not to break apart.
  • Melt the butter in a large skillet, once hot brown the patties about 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Drain on a paper towel and serve.
